	Thank you for choosing St. Christine Parish to provide formal religious instruction for your children. We have included the New Registration Form on our website for your convenience. Please follow the instructions as listed below to access a printable form for your family. Please share any learning and/or health programs your child may have. SACRAMENTAL DATA
	The Religious Education Office must have on record your children's sacramental dates. If they have received their sacraments at St. Christine, we can obtain the dates from our records. If they have not, please complete the Sacramental Data Form accessed from this page (below). Please follow the instructions to submit this information to our office.
